Engineering Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Trainee to join our team at EPS Group Inc.

About the Role:

This is an entry-level position that offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, and construction management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in team status meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Assist with basic reports using templates and perform fundamental engineering calculations with guidance.
• Modify base files with oversight and perform basic project due diligence to support design.
• Address basic non-technical redlines and assist with preparing simple exhibits.
• Provide engineering support to the project team and assist with the preparation of engineering drawings.
• Communicate proactively on projects and maintain accurate timecards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and functional knowledge of Civil 3D and Bluebeam.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
