About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our cloud modernization efforts. This role will be responsible for driving the execution of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with technical standards, security policies, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Develop and maintain Agile development processes and stand-ups for front-end and back-end development teams
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans
  • Drive the execution of modernization projects, ensuring alignment with technical standards, security policies, and best practices
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of modernization efforts
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on project status and outcomes

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully leading complex technical projects from conception to delivery
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, with experience working with various providers preferred
  • Familiarity with modern software development methodologies such as Agile and experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
