Job Description

We are seeking a Project Director to join our growing teams in Austin, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and promoting design excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication and organizational skills, and thorough knowledge and understanding of TxDOT or similar DOT manuals and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The required skills and qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering
  • Extensive experience working with transportation design projects for the Texas and/or other Department(s) of Transportation and other local clients
  • P.E. license is required
  • 5+ years experience as a Project Manager is required
  • Design experience is required
  • Construction and/or field experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, public speaking and persuasive ability
  • Very strong financial management, team management, and leadership skills
