  • Maintains the visual and operational standards of Urban Outfitters while prioritizing customer focus.
  • Assists in the shipment process to familiarize with new products and those already available; contributes to fulfilling omni-channel orders.
  • Adheres to safety standards, ensures inventory accuracy, minimizes product loss, and complies with company policies to support store profitability.

  • Previous experience in customer service.

  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
