Job Overview

As a Brand Ambassador for Spirit Investors, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive engagement and sales in the Chicago market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand educational presentations to educate consumers about the brand and its products.

  • Build and manage relationships with key market stakeholders, including distributors and sales representatives.

  • Support commercialization of digital marketing programs and participate in out-of-market sales blitzes.

  • Represent the brand positively at various venues and sampling events, and engage in occasional event marketing.

Requirements:

  • Passionate, self-motivated, and responsible individual with a strong understanding of the brand and its products.

  • Proactive communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Comfortable speaking to small groups and being seen as an expert in the brand and its products.

  • Previous experience in sales, event management, or promotional roles is preferred.

  • Must be over 21 years of age and reside in/near the Chicago market.

Additional Requirements:

  • Adherence to T&E and activation budgets.

  • Timely submission of weekly required program documents and deliverables.

  • Managing assigned budget and quarterly visits to other markets as needed.

  • Riding with distributor sales representatives as needed and working closely to maintain Top Volume accounts and reduce losses.
