The Service Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, conducting diagnostic assessments, and executing various repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and guidelines.
This role demands a meticulous and detail-oriented technician to uphold corporate standards and warranty submission protocols.
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to ensure we deliver exceptional service and high-quality repairs to our customers.
Experience with Hyundai, Genesis, or Kia is preferred
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, some post-secondary automotive education, a minimum of three years of dealer-level experience, and certification from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE).
A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, a strong technical performance history, and excellent physical dexterity/stamina are essential for this position.
The candidate must be capable of working effectively in a collaborative environment and should demonstrate a positive attitude, professional appearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
