Position Overview:
As a CNC EDM Sinker Technician, you will collaborate within a team environment and undertake the following responsibilities:

• Set up and program CNC EDM Sinker machinery

• Inspect machined components utilizing sine plates, micrometers, indicators, etc.

• Perform offset adjustments

• Interpret blueprints

• Coordinate with other teams

• Adhere to schedules and uphold quality standards

Position Qualifications:

The following skills and attributes are essential for this role:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with EDM Sinker machinery

• Proficiency in interpreting blueprint dimensions and utilizing measuring instruments

• Familiarity with MI's, QSR, ISO, SOP's, work rules, and safety protocols

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

• Capability to maintain close tolerances up to .0002"

• A technical and hands-on approach

Preferred Qualifications:
The following skills and attributes are advantageous but not mandatory:

• Experience with Sodick machinery

• Working knowledge of SolidWorks Software

• Understanding of Gcode

• Familiarity with personal precision and hand tools

Compensation and Benefits:
The base compensation range for this position is $20 - $33 per hour.

Actual compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The displayed range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on the current job posting.

Please note that the compensation range may be subject to future adjustments. Each pay amount is considered wages or compensation once earned and determinable.
