Position Overview:As a Foreman at Integrated Water Services, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in leading our construction teams. Your responsibilities will encompass the design and execution of water and wastewater treatment facilities, as well as overseeing pipe installations both above and below ground. By managing and collaborating with skilled craft workers, you will guarantee that projects are completed with the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Effective teamwork and communication are essential for our collective success.
Work Locations: Various job sites throughout Colorado.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a thorough understanding of the job site to uphold safety protocols and ensure organized work environments.
- Provide direction to team members to ensure high-quality output and productivity.
- Engage in hands-on tasks alongside craft workers while offering training and mentorship.
- Efficiently manage task coordination among crews to reduce conflicts.
- Work closely with superintendents or site foremen regarding daily operations and project timelines.
- Execute all tasks safely, considering the work environment and the presence of other personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all specified plans and requirements.
- At least 3 years of experience in the construction field.
- Experience in construction related to water and wastewater treatment facilities, including both interior and exterior pipe installations.
- Previous experience as a Foreman in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of general construction safety and trench safety protocols.
- Familiarity with construction methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to cut and thread pipe is a plus.
- Proficient in interpreting pipe drawings, specifications, and installation guidelines.
- Able to understand general construction drawings and site plans.
