The Client Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, address the needs of residents, guests, and clients, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and make a positive impact in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Warm and Professional Greetings to Residents, Guests, and Clients">
  • Answer Phone Calls and Respond to Inquiries in a Timely and Courteous Manner">
  • Maintain Accurate Records and Documentation as Required">
  • Monitor Building Security and Ensure a Safe Environment for All">
  • Collaborate with Colleagues to Resolve Conflicts and Address Concerns">

About You:
