Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the assigned supervisor, including preparing and developing confidential and routine correspondence, reports, forms, and business documents.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Interact with residents, families, and staff in a courteous, tactful, friendly, and cooperative manner, handling issues, complaints, inquiries, and questions in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping and Filing: Organize, monitor, and maintain general administrative records and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Time and Attendance Management: Review and maintain time and attendance records for supervisor's approval prior to submitting to the payroll department.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate room setups and refreshments for meetings and conferences, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience: Prefer two (2) year college degree or equivalent with an emphasis in a business curriculum.
  • Skills: Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.
