We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice Nurse to join our team on a per diem/on call basis. As a Hospice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Manage patient care plans and provide direct health services to Hospice patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure quality patient care and enhance the quality of life for dying patients.
- Supervise and oversee the work of caregivers, including Hospice Aides and LPNs, to ensure quality patient care.
- Graduate of a school of nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Two (2) years of nursing experience.
- One (1) year of experience in Hospice, home health, skilled nursing facility, medical/surgical, or oncology.
