LPN Medical Specialist

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Riverside Health System, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our Rheumatology department.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct focused assessments of patients to include vital signs and gather data.
Implement established plans of care and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments.
Accurately complete all required clinical documentation per RHS standards.
Maintain documentation for quality assurance, including point of care testing, medication logs, and annual wellness visits.
Requirements
Program Graduate, Licensed Practical Nurse (Preferred)
1 year Nursing experience (Preferred)
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) Upon Hire (Required)
CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) Upon Hire (Required)
