  • Documentation and Communication: Accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Medication Administration and Management: Administer medications as prescribed and manage patient medication regimens to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Wound Management and Care: Provide wound care and management services to patients, including dressing changes, wound cleaning, and debridement.
  • Education and Training: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Licensure and Certification: Current LPN licensure and certification in the state where you practice.
  • Education and Training: Completion of a state-approved LPN program and ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments.
  • Experience: One year of prior LPN experience preferred, but not required.
