Key Responsibilities- Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and support.
- Clinical Judgment and Decision-Making: Make sound clinical judgments and decisions in an effective and efficient manner, under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
- Documentation and Communication: Accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Medication Administration and Management: Administer medications as prescribed and manage patient medication regimens to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Wound Management and Care: Provide wound care and management services to patients, including dressing changes, wound cleaning, and debridement.
- Education and Training: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Licensure and Certification: Current LPN licensure and certification in the state where you practice.
- Education and Training: Completion of a state-approved LPN program and ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments.
- Experience: One year of prior LPN experience preferred, but not required.
