Job Summary

Regal Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Network Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive member growth and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, with a minimum of five years of experience in driving marketing plans resulting in member growth and retention. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to drive member growth and retention
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to inform future marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, healthcare administration, or related field
  • Minimum of five years of healthcare marketing experience
  • Strong background in marketing strategy, brand strategy, communications, and customer engagement strategies
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external partners
