Remote Commercial Litigation Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our Silicon Valley office. This role offers a largely remote working arrangement, though candidates must be able to travel for court appearances in Northern California, with occasional travel to mid and Southern California.

About the Role:

  • Handle complex commercial litigation matters, including managing multiple files and competing deadlines.
  • Appear in state and federal courts across California.
  • Exhibit strong legal writing skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Maintain effective communication and business acumen to manage both internal and external client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and demonstrate a strong commitment to client service.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of litigation experience (substantial litigation and/or trial experience preferred).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven experience managing litigation processes, deadlines, and client interactions.
  • A team player with a focus on collaboration and client service.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $225,000 - $400,000 yearly, with an annual merit-based bonus opportunity.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing, paid vacation, and parental leave.
