Key Responsibilities

As a Patient Care Advocate Representative, your duties will include:

  • Working closely with medical professionals, physicians, and clinical departments to ensure seamless patient services.
  • Providing solutions for our physician referral sources and existing patient population based on outcome-based requirements.
  • Submitting new orders and monitoring their completion, from initiation to setup, in collaboration with the sales and service departments.
  • Preparing and analyzing billing and setup paperwork for patient services.
  • Troubleshooting issues, identifying solutions, and dispatching corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization for existing patients.
  • Collecting patient information and analyzing customer needs to recommend potential products or services to management.
  • Participating in the training of new customer service and sales personnel.
Requirements

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Proven work experience in a related field.
  • The ability to learn and apply market and product information, as well as patient billing and insurance requirements.
  • Multitasking capabilities.
  • Computer and technological literacy.
  • A positive and professional personal image.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
