Position Overview


As an integral part of the Treasury and Capital Markets division, you will play a crucial role in supporting various functions aimed at optimizing financing liquidity, ensuring competitive funding rates, and maintaining precise forecasting and reporting of the portfolio and refinancing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Compile the weekly treasury report, highlighting significant market trends and interest rate fluctuations.

2. Assist the Senior Analyst in creating the monthly Refinancing Report, which consolidates and presents essential details regarding the refinancing strategies to senior management.

3. Aid in the reconciliation process for bank accounts, interest rate swaps, and invoices related to Servicer Reporting.

4. Contribute to the daily identification process for collection wires.

5. Support the rollout of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution.

6. Participate in various ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

- 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.

- Proven analytical skills, financial acumen, and effective communication abilities.

- Proficiency in spreadsheet, financial, and database software applications.

- A keen interest in Treasury or Capital Markets.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.


While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is expected to engage in activities such as talking, hearing, walking, sitting, standing, and occasionally climbing stairs, with extended periods spent at a desk working on a computer.


This role is situated in an office environment, where standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets are routinely utilized.
