Social Media Liaison Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at the Guidance Center of Lea County. This is a unique opportunity to develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy that drives meaningful relationships with stakeholders, supporters, and the broader community.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have prior experience in social media development, online community engagement, social media analytics, and driving continuous improvement and performance results in digital/social marketing. They will be responsible for leading our social media efforts, attending and presenting at in-person and virtual community events, and serving as the main point of contact for our social media and engagement team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive community engagement strategy that drives meaningful relationships with stakeholders, supporters, and the broader community
- Lead and serve as the Social Media Liaison in-person and online community engagement
- Attend and present at in-person and virtual community events to market and advocate for GCLC and our clients
- Establish community engagement and marketing best practices for GCLC
- Manage GCLC's Digital Community Engagement & Analytics Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or Digital marketing, or a related field required
- Prior experience in social media development, online community engagement, social media analytics, and driving continuous improvement and performance results in digital/social marketing
- Ability to attend in-person and virtual community events
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
