- Policy Development: Lead the creation and execution of internal strategies, policies, and procedures aimed at mitigating risks in a highly regulated environment.
- Training and Guidance: Deliver training to internal stakeholders and serve as a subject matter expert on compliance-related matters.
- Regulatory Oversight: Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure that CoBank remains compliant with all legal and industry-specific guidelines.
