Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Monitoring: Oversee compliance risk behaviors and provide daily guidance on regulatory requirements, ensuring all transactions align with capital markets and lending activities.
  • Risk Management Framework: Design and implement a robust risk management framework that meets the expectations of CoBank's Board of Directors and Enterprise Leadership Team.
  • Policy Development: Lead the creation and execution of internal strategies, policies, and procedures aimed at mitigating risks in a highly regulated environment.
  • Training and Guidance: Deliver training to internal stakeholders and serve as a subject matter expert on compliance-related matters.
  • Regulatory Oversight: Stay abreast of regulatory developments and ensure that CoBank remains compliant with all legal and industry-specific guidelines.

Qualifications
