POSITION OBJECTIVE
As a key member of the Troon Golf team, the Membership Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives to promote membership products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and be able to create engaging content to attract new members and retain existing ones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote membership products and services
Manage the Club's CRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and procedures
Design and create marketing collateral content and materials
Manage the Club's social media presence to maximize engagement and awareness
Process new and resigned membership agreements and update Club databases and files
Maintain and track pertinent information for monthly reports
Order necessary office supplies for the Membership Office

REQUIREMENTS
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Graphic Design Platform Canva
Ability to acquire working knowledge of Jonas for membership processing and member billing, membership card software, and Hubspot CRM
Excellent verbal, telephone, and written skills
Ability to handle members in a gracious and professional manner
Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent degree preferred but not required
One to three years of marketing experience or the ability to demonstrate marketing proficiency skills

SPECIAL SKILLS
Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Must be physically able to stand, sit, stoop, bend, and lift up to 15 lbs
Possess and able to present a professional demeanor at all times to Members and Guests
