  • Prepare and submit necessary reports as required under regulatory guidelines.
  • Manage and balance the cash drawer efficiently.
  • Facilitate check cashing, token/coin exchanges, and cash equivalents for casino visitors.
  • Handle the sale and redemption of tokens and coupons.
  • Collaborate with gaming floor staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Adhere to established procedures and internal control policies.
  • Process customer deposits and credit transactions accurately.
  • Utilize a Jet-sort token counter for efficient operations.
  • Deliver service that embodies the company values of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.).
  • Report any observed violations of internal controls or state regulations to the appropriate personnel immediately.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of six months in a similar role, preferably in a gaming or banking environment, with a strong emphasis on cash handling.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Skills: Proficient in basic mathematics and computer operations, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Licenses: Must possess an Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain stationary for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and work various shifts as needed.
