We are seeking a highly skilled Cage Cashier to join our team at Full House Resorts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Assist customers with a positive and professional attitude, providing a high level of service to ensure a positive experience.
- Cash Handling: Process and maintain accurate transactions, reconcile cash drawers, and balance cash counts.
- Sports Wagering Operations: Post bets from patrons, redeem Sports Wagering Operations tickets or vouchers, and maintain accurate records.
- Internal Controls: Understand and adhere to Sportsbook House Rules, answer patron questions, and report any internal control or state regulation violations.
- Experience: Six months experience in Cage Cashier, Sports Wagering, or banking preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Basic mathematics skills, computer skills, and ability to effectively interact with people.
- Licenses: Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
