Position Overview


The Registered Nurse serves as a vital caregiver who, as part of a multidisciplinary health care team, takes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients over a specific period. This role involves supervising and delivering care to these patients through the nursing process, including the therapeutic application of self.


  • Adheres to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Engages in transparent communication with internal stakeholders and supervisors.
  • Delivers outstanding customer service while interacting effectively with all levels of staff and management.

  • Performs additional responsibilities as needed.
Experience Required

  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care environment.
  • At least 1 year demonstrating leadership capabilities.
Education Requirements

  • Graduate of an NLN accredited School of Nursing.
License/Certification Requirements

  • Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse);
  • Current American Heart Association BLS Certification (Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers);
  • Certain specialties may necessitate advanced certifications (e.g., ACLS, NALS, PALS).
