Job Summary

This role involves providing expert safety consulting services to clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety engineering or a related field, with experience in field loss control consulting in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk evaluations and assessments of workers' compensation loss exposures and controls.
  • Develop and present loss control services and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize analytical tools and loss information to identify trends and provide a roadmap for loss control service strategies.
  • Travel within assigned territory to perform on-site field service visits and leverage technology for remote service visits.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering or a related field.
  • Preferred experience with field loss control consulting in the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of effective performance critical to the success of the consultant and the policyholder.
Working Conditions

The work environment is primarily in the field with the customer. The consultant's principal office is located at the individual's home. Willingness to travel within the regional territory is required.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 annually, with annual bonus eligibility.
