We are seeking a highly skilled Program Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge, MA. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various programs, projects, and events from inception to completion.
Your primary responsibilities will include creating and implementing administrative systems to streamline operations within your area of responsibility. You will serve as the main source of information, effectively responding to inquiries from potential customers, participants, and academic collaborators.
Additionally, you will prepare and maintain records, reports, budgets, and plans while potentially managing program-related web pages or materials. Experience in event planning and execution, budget management, and financial reporting is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in program or project coordination, with basic proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can work independently with minimal supervision and direction, we encourage you to apply.
Estimated Salary: $35/hour on W-2 basis, duration of 2+ months with extension.
