Job Overview

Triumph Protection Group is seeking a highly skilled Security Agent to join our team at Tahoe Forest Hospital in Truckee, CA. As a Security Agent, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control access to the hospital facility through the admittance process
  • Conduct regular patrols of the hospital grounds and buildings to identify potential security risks
  • Respond to emergency situations, including fires, medical emergencies, and security incidents
  • Protect evidence and scenes of incidents, and assist with investigations as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with hospital staff and visitors
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activity to local authorities
  • Investigate reports of suspicious activity and take appropriate action
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, Required
  • Security Guard Training Certification, Preferred
  • Previous medical or hospital experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to obtain a CA Guard Card, which Triumph Protection Group can assist with

Physical Requirements:

The Security Agent must be physically able to patrol the hospital grounds and buildings, and to respond to emergency situations as needed. This includes the ability to lift 50 pounds and to work in a fast-paced environment.
