Office Administration Specialist

The Office Administration Specialist is a dynamic individual who thrives in a multifaceted role. This position involves managing a variety of administrative responsibilities and providing executive support, all while working autonomously with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and enjoys the challenges that come with supporting a diverse office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and facilitate all administrative functions to ensure the office operates efficiently.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed, with a strong emphasis on organization.
- Perform front desk duties: welcome and register visitors, and manage incoming and outgoing phone communications.
- Handle the receipt and distribution of incoming mail and packages, as well as oversee outgoing correspondence.
- Become proficient in the company's ERP system, office protocols, and ensure their proper application.
- Document meeting minutes accurately.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong writing abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and office management applications.
- Adept at visually representing data through graphs, charts, and spreadsheets.
- Customer-service focused, with excellent organizational skills and a conscientious work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a culturally diverse environment.
- Practical assessment during the interview will include creating a table and graph in Excel.
