As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain volunteers, while also fostering a positive and inclusive community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Volunteer Recruitment and Engagement: Develop and implement effective strategies to recruit, engage, and retain volunteers, including outreach and marketing efforts.
  • Volunteer Management: Manage and coordinate volunteer activities, including training, orientation, and evaluation.
  • Community Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with community partners, including corporate sponsors, community organizations, and faith-based groups.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute volunteer-led events, including fundraising campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
  • Reporting and Evaluation: Develop and track metrics to measure volunteer engagement and retention, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, adult education, or non-profit management.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in volunteer engagement, community outreach, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with volunteer management software.
