Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Bright Horizons. As a Child Care Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young students and helping them grow into curious and confident learners.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Engaging Lesson Plans: Create and lead activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our students, fostering a love for learning and exploration.
- Communicate Effectively with Parents: Maintain open and transparent communication with parents, keeping them informed about their child's daily progress and milestones.
- Maintain a Safe and Clean Learning Environment: Ensure the classroom is a safe and healthy space for our students, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
- Education and Experience: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of six months of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
- Background Checks: Pass required state and company background checks.
- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a salary range of $17.25 to $21.05 per hour, based on education and experience.
