About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at ERC Pathlight. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical status and document findings
  • Participate in clinical team conferences to discuss patient progress, problems, and needs
Requirements
  • Active state Registered Nurse license
  • ADN or BSN in Nursing
