Description
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the home improvement process, from initial consultation to final installation. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every customer receives exceptional service and finds the perfect flooring solution for their needs. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to meet their expectations.

Duties

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to discuss their flooring needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice on flooring options, including product features, benefits, and installation requirements
  • Work with customers to create personalized flooring solutions that meet their needs and budget
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge


Requirements

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the home improvement industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of flooring installation requirements
