Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analytics Intern to join our Clinical Research and Solutions department. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on hands-on projects that will directly impact the business and help drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in projects that analyze customer/prospect behaviors and KPIs using analytics tools and make recommendations.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to build out and support member experience, product launch, pilots, and current product success.
  • Use data and analytics to identify and solve challenges in member experience.
  • Support persona and member profiling by creating and designing new data assets.
  • Test and document best practices for combining data sources utilizing various ETL tools.
Requirements
  • Preferred majors include Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or any related field.
  • Experience with data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Data manipulation skills using SQL, Python, or R.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to think analytically.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • A self-starter who is eager to learn, acquire new skills, and take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate between $23.50 and $27.00 an hour depending on relevant factors.
  • A hybrid internship with three days in-office required.
  • The opportunity to work with a talented team and gain valuable experience in the field of business analytics.
