Lead the Experience

As a Shift Manager at McDonald's, you will be responsible for overseeing crew schedules, providing encouraging leadership for crew and managers to deliver an outstanding guest experience, and supervising and leading food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and oversee crew schedules
  • Provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers to provide an outstanding guest experience
  • Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards
  • Take measures around safety, security, inventory, and profitability
  • Cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning within the restaurant
  • Drive and expect a high level of performance from the team
Requirements
  • Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members)
  • Strong customer service and support focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you'll be responsible for leading the experience, inspiring and empowering your team, understanding the importance of teamwork, taking action first, never stopping learning, and being results-oriented.
