Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Bob Evans Foods. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling work orders to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

• Develop and maintain standardized work orders to improve planning efficiency and reduce errors
• Review and recommend changes to preventive maintenance programs to support business goals
• Plan and schedule equipment and facility repair jobs, adhering to company standards and best practices
• Develop and refine the work scheduling process to ensure effective resource allocation and priority setting
• Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other software tools to develop schedules and reports

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a production maintenance environment, preferably in the food industry
• Demonstrated initiative for assuming projects outside of core job responsibilities
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to work in a multi-task, deadline-oriented environment with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts, including willingness to attend off-site training

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with controlled temperature zones and potential noise levels requiring personal protective equipment (PPE). The role will require 50% facility environment and 50% office environment.
