Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive IT support and desktop assistance.
- Manage user accounts and permissions using Active Directory and O365.
- Utilize Intune and VPN technologies for effective support.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting capabilities for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in hardware/software deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
- Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all users.
- Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Exhibit flexibility to accommodate overtime as needed.
This is a full-time, in-office position.
