Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in weekly site meetings, conduct daily site visits, define project scope, and respond to proposal requests.
  • Oversee field teams to ensure productivity targets are achieved.
  • Guarantee adherence to project specifications, scope limitations, and regulatory standards.
  • Employ ProCore and Bluebeam Construction Software for effective project oversight.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout all project phases.
  • Collaborate efficiently with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in earthworks and civil commercial projects.
  • Expertise in takeoff processes and interpreting contractual plans and specifications, including AIA contracts and Civil Design Disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of earthwork and site utility installation methodologies.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and construction management software.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering impactful presentations.
