We facilitate a variety of spaces including industrial warehousing, commercial parking, self-storage, office environments, and event venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and walkthroughs to identify and address maintenance needs within the property.
- Oversee the collection of security deposits and rent, ensuring adherence to procedures for managing delinquent accounts.
- Manage daily operations for current tenants, including lease management and maintenance coordination.
- Perform property repairs or coordinate with maintenance staff for timely resolutions.
- Prepare units for new tenants, overseeing the move-in and move-out processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide property tours for prospective clients.
- Work with the marketing team to enhance property visibility through outreach initiatives.
- Review lease renewals and implement strategies to optimize tenant retention and occupancy rates.
- Handle eviction processes and notices of default as necessary.
