Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including healthcare providers and payers.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of neuroscience and psychiatry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a specialty product sales force.
  • Knowledge of CNS/neuroscience products, including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder.
