Key Responsibilities:

  • Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting, to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
  • Restocking and Replenishing: Restock and replace used items within guest rooms, including linens, towels, and amenities, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Communication: Communicate the clean status of each room upon completion to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service.
  • Room Service and Equipment Maintenance: Remove room service trays and tables from guest rooms and check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure that it is in good working order.
  • Supply Management: Stock supply carts and ensure that they are neat and well-organized at all times to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness in each guest room.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and ability to respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner.
  • Physical Demands: Ability and willingness to stand for 8 hours at a time, bend, stretch, reach, and push up to 20 lbs.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience: Previous cleaning experience required, with previous experience in hotel housekeeping preferred.
