Job Overview

Biltmore Farms, LLC is seeking a skilled Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean rooms to the highest standards, adhering to hotel protocols and procedures.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns, escalating issues to the Lead Housekeeper as needed.
  • Notify the Lead Housekeeper of any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, treating each guest like a valued house guest.
  • Bring lost items to the attention of the Lead Housekeeper.
  • Wear the required uniform and nametag at all times while on duty.
  • Be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred.
  • Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures and general cleaning techniques is essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
