Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Systems Administrator to join our IT team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of network systems. If you are self-motivated, team-oriented, and enjoy building relationships with individuals across the organization, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  1. BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS: Develop and execute system schematics, install network hardware, software, and configure applications, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  2. SUSTAINABILITY: Apply updates, patches, and configuration changes to maintain systems with minimal disruption, improving overall network performance.
  3. PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS: Identify opportunities for growth and recommend new equipment, software, and services to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  4. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide exceptional support to internal employees and vendors, explaining complex technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Manage multiple ongoing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the IT field, with expertise in hardware and software deployment, user support, and network management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional job-related software.
  • Able to work in the office 4 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week.
