Job Title: Fleet Hotel Inventory Manager

Princess Cruises is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Hotel Inventory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for driving financial compliance and par level expectations across our fleet of ships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure accurate and timely ordering, receiving, and storing of hotel and food and beverage inventory.
  • Collaborate with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless inventory management and minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Conduct regular analytics to review inventory spikes and trends, and create resolutions and escalate as needed to shoreside departments.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, and recommend adjustments to ordering and issuing as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with public health standards related to storeroom management of hotel items and represent the department in internal investigations of inventory loss, fraud, and inappropriate practices.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems, including inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory and supplies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel operations teams, supply chain teams, and shoreside departments.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of public health standards related to storeroom management of hotel items.
  • Experience with inventory management systems, including inventory tracking and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
