- Education: High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales, with an emphasis on Marketing and/or Communications.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation skills, and a friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor.
- Personal Qualities: Thorough, with a strong sense of attention to detail, ability to follow through, desire to learn, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
