Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer superior service to customers through prompt, efficient, and professional interactions
  • Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
  • Support branch cash responsibilities, such as balancing and reconciliation
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in financial services or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and PC systems
