Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Banker to join our team at First Northern Bank of Dixon. As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized banking services to customers, including account opening, loan applications, and financial planning.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their banking needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with branch leadership to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other banking software systems.
