As a Clinical Trainee or Mental Health Professional, you will provide essential clinical services to transition-age youth and young adults, including outpatient therapy, group facilitation, and assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outpatient therapy services to transition-age youth and young adults, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Facilitate support groups, including parent handbook meetings, to promote healthy relationships and coping strategies.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify presenting needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Offer additional clinical services as needed, based on client and business requirements.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field, with active independent licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC) or pursuit of licensure.
  • Valid Minnesota Driver's License.
  • Experience providing services to adults with mental illness, with a preference for those with Developmental Delays/Special Needs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to promoting diversity, multiculturalism, and inclusion.
