Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of parts to customers.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff to resolve any issues or concerns related to parts sales.
  • Utilize the parts catalog to locate and order parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.
  • Provide price quotes and other information to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Review body shop estimates to ensure that all parts ordered are correct and priced accurately.
  • Provide high-level service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Pull and fill orders from stock, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock and notify the parts manager of any discrepancies.
  • Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit emergency orders as needed.
  • Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of parts.

Requirements:

  • Pleasant demeanor and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in auto parts sales, preferably with CDK experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of organization and time management skills.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules and operating instructions.
  • Maintain appearance standards as set by Center Management.
