Job Description:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing personalized advice.
  • Sales Generation: Meet sales targets by actively promoting and selling insurance policies to potential clients.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on leads and conduct warm calling to generate new leads and prospects.
  • Policy Evaluation: Assess clients' current coverage and make appropriate recommendations for additional or updated policies.
  • Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely assistance.
  • Networking: Attend relevant industry events and actively engage in networking activities to expand your client base.

Requirements:

  • Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a valid and active insurance license in Nevada.
  • Insurance Sales Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and prioritize client needs.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and motivate oneself to achieve goals.
