Key Responsibilities:
The Corporate Accounts Supervisor is tasked with supporting our business clients by effectively managing all facets of the rental experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the main liaison for corporate accounts.
- Engage in timely and professional communication to fulfill client needs.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing business clients.
- Ensure client satisfaction to promote repeat business.
- Maintain accurate profiles for each corporate account.
- Process vehicle reservations using our rental management software.
- Collaborate with management on client requirements that deviate from standard operations.
- Prepare quotes, reservations, and rental agreements with all necessary details.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any damages pre- and post-rental.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and business targets.
- Guarantee timely preparation and delivery of vehicles to clients.
- Oversee vehicle check-in and check-out inspections.
- Accurately invoice and track receivables for corporate accounts.
- Facilitate a seamless and efficient rental process for every client.
- Utilize the company’s mission and values to guide interactions with clients and team members.
- Adhere to key-handling protocols to ensure proper storage of vehicle keys.
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in managing client accounts.
- Minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills are essential.
