Key Responsibilities:

The Corporate Accounts Supervisor is tasked with supporting our business clients by effectively managing all facets of the rental experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the main liaison for corporate accounts.
  • Engage in timely and professional communication to fulfill client needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing business clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction to promote repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate profiles for each corporate account.
  • Process vehicle reservations using our rental management software.
  • Collaborate with management on client requirements that deviate from standard operations.
  • Prepare quotes, reservations, and rental agreements with all necessary details.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to document any damages pre- and post-rental.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared objectives and business targets.
  • Guarantee timely preparation and delivery of vehicles to clients.
  • Oversee vehicle check-in and check-out inspections.
  • Accurately invoice and track receivables for corporate accounts.
  • Facilitate a seamless and efficient rental process for every client.
  • Utilize the company’s mission and values to guide interactions with clients and team members.
  • Adhere to key-handling protocols to ensure proper storage of vehicle keys.

Qualifications Required:

  • Proven experience in managing client accounts.
  • Minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude.
  • Basic math skills are essential.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately.

  • Punctuality is essential.
