BeBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in various clinical settings. As an LPN, you will work closely with patients, nurses, and doctors to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor patient health by checking vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Accurately document patient health information and progress throughout treatment.
- Provide basic patient care, including wound care and dressing changes, to promote overall well-being.
- Educate patients and their families about ongoing care and treatments to ensure seamless transitions.
- A valid LPN license issued in the United States.
- At least one year of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with patients requiring similar care.
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
